This 10-Week 1:1 coaching journey is for those ready to stop just surviving and start showing up as their truest, most powerful self.
Through weekly 45-minute private sessions, personalized tools, and compassionate support between video calls, we’ll shift your energy, uncover and release what’s been holding you back, and build the mindset, clarity, and self-trust you need to move forward.
I’m currently training through iPEC to become a certified Core Energy Coach (certification expected August 2025), which means you’ll experience powerful, proven techniques—plus the presence of a coach who’s walking the path right alongside you.
